Dear all,
This is a short note to announce that next October the CCCB will open the call for proposals for the next edition of the Cultural Innovation International Prize, and we would like to ask you if you could help us to announce it. This next year 2017 we will tackle the issue of climate change in several of our activities, that will conclude with an exhibition called Another World, to take place at the CCCB during that year. And it will start will the call for proposals. This next Cultural Innovation International Prize will ask for proposals of cultural innovation on Climate Change, and how culture and the cultural sector can make imaginative and efficient proposals to this most challenging global issue that humanity has. This call for proposals will open this next October 2016, and the Prize will be awarded in May 2017. We will have the rules ready by September, and it will be open to both cultural and scientific sector, if possible working together. From the CCCB we would like to promote the Rules of this Prize among both cultural sector and those that research and are specialists on climate change. Therefore, we would like to ask you if you could resend the messages I will be sending you related to the Cultural Innovation Prize and if you can think of organizations or people I could contact for that purpose. Thank you very much for your help. Maria Ribas/ Head of Audience Development |
